LexisNexis - Federal Civil Litigation Precedents

I am pleased to announce that the Honourable Justices Lindgren and Branson have agreed to the insertion of a new 'E-Litigation' chapter in the Federal Civil Litigation Precedents loose-leaf service published by LexisNexis.

The introduction of a dedicated chapter in Australia's leading litigation loose-leaf service will be positive for all legal practitioners who are increasingly faced with issues associated with electronic evidence, electronic discovery and electronic trials.

The loose-leaf service is available via print or online subscription.

The chapter, scheduled for release in April 2009, will be authored by myself and Geoffrey Lambert (KordaMentha).
