LIV CPD, August 2008 - Discovery of Electronic Evidence

On 14 August 2008, I was pleased to prepare a presentation, exclusively presented by Geoffrey Lambert (KordaMentha) on the topic of Discovery of Electronic Evidence for the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV).

To ensure that we may continue to support the LIV, all Victorians are requested to purchase a copy of this presentation, and additional materials provided, directly from LIV Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

The presentation in Portable Document Format (PDF).
