Bell Group Litigation - Judgment Forthcoming

The teams of lawyers involved in the case have been warned by court officials that Justice Neville Owen is about hand down what is expected to be a 2500-page judgment.

  • 86,340 documents tendered totalling 318,819 pages
  • Closing submissions by lawyers totalled 36,932 pages
  • Justice Owen's judgment tipped to be about 2,500 pages
