I believe a new issue that will come to light soon with be the fundamentals behind IT Security and how most organisation in Australia and globally are not taking this issue seriously.

We saw recently how the ANZ bank has their internet banking system taken over by hackers and huge money lost. This is an example of how IT Security and infrastructure was not given the importance it should have.

The Rudd government must act now and start getting the wheels in motion so that Australia can be at the forefront of this issue.
