LIV CPD, March 2009 - Discovery of Electronic Evidence

On 11 March 2009, I was pleased to present on the topic of Discovery of Electronic Evidence for the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV). The CPD session was well attended by a diverse audience and chaired by Derek Begg (Potter Farrelly & Associates).

Evaluation feedback was very positive and included:

"[The session's] broad nature met the objective of giving a brief outline of the key issues surrounding the creation, management and use of electronic evidence. It was delivered in a way that was able to be understood by someone with limited subject knowledge."

"It was very informative and one of the best tele-conferences that I have done."

"Clear, concise delivery and relevant content."

"Great presenter - good slides and oral presentation."

To ensure that I may continue to support the LIV, all Victorians are requested to purchase a copy of this presentation, and additional materials provided, directly from LIV Continuing Professional Development.

The presentation in Portable Document Format (PDF).
