Supreme Court of Singapore's new Practice Direction 3 of 2009

The Supreme Court of Singapore has released Practice Direction 3 of 2009 dealing with the "Discovery and Inspection of Electronically Stored Documents" (PD 3/2009).

PD 3/2009 will apply from 1 October 2009.
